"The XS pants I ordered are 28 inches in the waist even though the sizing chart says 29 inches. This is particularly frustrating when paying for shipping. The pants fit well everywhere else so I think going up a size would be too big overall. The poplin is also a little scratchier than I expected. I'm returning, but maybe it softens with wear. On the plus side, the cornflower color is lovely and distinctive."
