We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $9.99.
All orders are shipped out of our studio Monday through Friday. Because the nature of a small team, some orders will take between 1-3 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Once they’ve been shipped, most orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your door. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.
We are happy to accept domestic returns on any regularly priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.
For quick and easy order returns, please go to our Return Portal . There, you will be guided through our return process. At the end of the process, you will need to print the shipping label and attach it to your return package. Please note: A return S&H of $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount.
All Sale items Discounted 30% or more are Final Sale, and all items purchased during a sale or promotion is also a Final Sale unless otherwise noted. Sales and Promotions to do not apply to previous purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.
Please contact email@example.com with all exchange requests. We will accommodate requests on a case by case basis. To ensure you are able to receive your desired size, we recommend returning your order via the return portal, and repurchasing the correct size.
All International Sales are Final Sale.
We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Worldwide Express. Our shipping rates vary and are based on country. Appropriate country rates will be shown at checkout. On average, international shipping rates are between $45-$100 and DO NOT include local taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery.
OZMA is not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. In the case that the package is refused, the total cost of the return fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.
