I'm a pretty standard XS — 5'3", small B cup, 115 lbs, and I purchased the black and natural in S, both of which fit perfectly tight, but they were TIGHT. The older OZMA raw silk styles ran larger, but the silk does stretch a bit over time, and my older pieces are now on the looser side. Size up, but don't hesitate!"
