Studio Assistant

OZMA is looking for a part-time Studio Assistant to fill orders, process returns, maintain accurate inventory and quality control, get us ready for big events, and generally keep our office and showroom looking top notch . They will set up and run our Studio Shopping Hours on Fridays and provide additional in-person customer service and sales support as needed during the week. This person will report directly to our Studio Manager and must have an amazing attitude plus previous experience working in fulfillment at an e-commerce based business. Knowledge of Shipstation and Shopify is a huge plus. Must be available Fridays and Mondays plus either Tues-Wed-or-Thurs. 

You must be an OZMA fan and eager to become an expert in our company’s values, sustainability practices, product, fit, and community. Our customers are the foundation of our business (and we love them!), so this individual must be committed to providing the best experience possible.

HOURS : 24 hours / week 

SCHEDULE : Monday, Friday and either Tues-Wed-or-Thurs


- Pack and ship orders

- Process returns

- Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control 

- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and studio.

- Facilitate order pick ups

- In-person customer service and sales 


- Organized, efficient, and independent working style. 

- Dependable, positive, friendly, and easy-going.

- E-commerce/ fulfillment/ retail experience required.
