OZMA is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to run our organic social media accounts, create engaging content, and document in-person marketing events. We’re looking for a person who keeps up to date on the latest changes to the digital marketing landscape. You must have previous professional experience in social media management and be able to work in sync with our brand marketing calendar. This person must be highly organized, creative yet analytical, and excited to drive engagement with new and current customers. Must have min 1+ yrs experience running social media accounts with proven performance metrics. Must know InDesign and video editing.
This person will work closely with our Marketing Manager and report directly to our company owner/designer. We're looking for someone with an amazing attitude plus previous experience in a similar retail &/or e-commerce business. You must be an OZMA fan and eager to become an expert in our company’s values, sustainability practices, product, fit, and community. You must understand the aesthetic of OZMA, be a styling fanatic, and be excited to be both in front of the camera and directing our collaborators.

DUTIES:
Create engaging, inspiring, and informative content which supports the OZMA aesthetic and sommunicates our brand values
Build community and drive sales via our social media platforms
Post brand content daily in sync with the OZMA brand calendar
Create with at least 1 reel or 1 video/week.
Re-share community posts and engage with our followers
Consistently update and monitor social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year experience as a social media manager for similar brand
Enthusiasm for sustainable and ethical fashion
Strong knowledge of Indesign and video editing
Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and tools
Strong aesthetic sensibility in styling and graphic design
