All International orders ship via DHL Worldwide Express. Shipping prices are varied based off the Country of Shipment and will be shown at our CHECKOUT page once you have entered the correct country. Taxes and duties are not included in original invoice. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
OZMA is not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. In the case that the package is refused the total cost of the return fees will be deducted from your refund. Original Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during this time.
Please note: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit. Once your package has reached ‘delivered’ status, it is your responsibility to work with your local post office and neighbors to locate your package.
We are happy to accept domestic returns on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days all sales are FINAL SALE.
In order to return an item, please contact orders@ ozmaofcalifornia.com to receive return authorization and a return label. Please note: You will be required to use our shipping label for your return. Return S&H of $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.
