Customer Experience + eCommerce Coordinator 

The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for customer experience, site maintenance +
This person will work cross functionally with multiple contributors to ensure site is on-brand, up to date
and accurate. 

Job Duties Include: 

Site Maintenance + Performance
. General site maintenance and optimization of website
. Manage the go-live process of products and coordination of back end set up, descriptions, product
attributes, etc. 
. Maintain weekly/monthly reports on site metrics + email/CRM channel KPIs. Surface inventory and
site merchandising risks + opportunities
. Site Communications
. Assist with media asset coordination by working with creative contributors to gather and organize
marketing assets to keep site update and aligned to calendar 
. Drive sale conversions through the optimization of marketing messages, promotions and CRM
. Coordinate email marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
. Schedule and report on email

Customer Experience
.Deliver the best brand + digital experience for our customers
.Monitor client communication and ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
.Support the return process at a luxury level. This includes collecting information on why it was
returned, refunding the customer, and putting the inventory back into the correct inventory
location in the system
.Escalate issues to Manager or appropriate team leads as needed and in an appropriate time

Special Projects
. Ad-hoc projects related to direct channel (supporting vertical retail events + operations)

Key Qualifications
1-2 years E-Commerce
D2C experience preferred
